Emergency Maintenance If you have a maintenance emergency, please call 1-417-464-8000 to speak with Roger. He is the property manager and maintenance person, and lives a short distance from the resort. He will be happy to assist you and in most cases can arrive on property in 15 minutes or less. His hours of operation are 8am-10pm.
Strict Guest Policy
Please understand that there are NO outside non-paying guests allowed at Chalets on Table Rock Lake. Our amenities are reserved for paying guests of the resort ONLY. The base rate for a Villa is 8 guests. For each guest in your villa over the 8 base rate, there is a $25 per day charge during summer peak season and $15 per day at all other times. We allow a maximum of two children under the age of 2 free per reservation. There is a maximum of 12 guests allowed to stay and visit each Villa. We will be verifying the number of guests in your group upon arrival. If there are more guests in your group beyond what was paid for in your initial reservation, there will be a $50/day per person charge. If we are notified PRIOR to arrival regarding additional guests, there is only the $25/day per person charge during summer peak season and $15/day at all other times. If you have over the allotted guests allowed for the Villa, your guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Sorry, but this is enforced to ensure the resort from overcrowding and our paying guests to have the most pleasurable visit as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking is prohibited inside the Villa and will not be tolerated. Please do not let us discover you have smoked inside the Villa. If any smoking is discovered, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will forfeit the remainder of your rental and deposit. We certainly hope to never encounter such a situation, as we wish to maintain smoke-free units for the enjoyment of everyone. You are welcome to smoke outdoors, but please dispose of all cigarette butts properly. Thank you for your cooperation and courtesy.
The kitchen is equipped with most every necessity, which includes: pots and pans, dinner plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups, wine glasses, refrigerator, cutting boards, microwave, flat burner stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, griddle, toaster, silverware, large cutting and steak knives, and miscellaneous dishes. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, trash bags and one roll of paper towels are also provided. If your group consists of a large party, we recommend bringing additional items to meet the needs of your family.
TVs and Satellite
All TVs in the unit are flat panel screens. There is a TV in every bedroom. There may be different brands of TVs in the home which require different programming. If you are having difficulty obtaining a signal, always first try the “Input Source” and select the correct source. The Satellite remote control will operate the TV and Satellite box. To choose which device to operate, select the correct button located at the top of the remote. DVD players are also provided.
Your unit includes a fully stocked laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Laundry detergent is also provided.
The villas are stocked with full size bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and hair dryers. Provided in each shower is a dispenser containing TRESemme shampoo, TRESemme conditioner, and body wash. Each bathroom also contains liquid hand soap and three full rolls of toilet paper. You will need to bring your own personal care items.
Internet and Phone Service
The villas do have internet and no password is needed to connect. However, if you are unable to connect to the internet, locate the router box in the laundry room cabinet and unplug the power cord from the surge protector for 30 seconds and then plug it back into the surge protector. Please DO NOT press the reset button. Pushing the reset button will require a service tech visit and you will be charged that fee.
A Professional Series stainless steel gas barbeque grill is supplied for your convenience. Prior to departure, please clean grill with the grill brushes provided. We make every effort to ensure the propane bottles are filled for your convenience. If you should need another propane bottle, please call Roger at 1-417-464-8000.
Sheets, mattress pad and comforter for the futon are located in the drawers underneath it. We ask that you use the waterproof mattress pad when making the futon into a bed. We also have 2 additional pillows in one of the upstairs master bedrooms.
Golf cart rentals are now available to rent in advance or at the resort based on availability. Please visit https://www.chaletsontablerocklake.com/marina for rentals. An online rental agreement must be signed before using the cart. We ask that you carefully read the agreement before signing. Please understand that if the Golf Cart Rules are not adhered to, your golf cart rental will be terminated without refund.
The pools are open beginning the first week of May to the third week in October, and are heated to 82-85 degrees from mid-May through September. Pool hours are from 9am – 11pm. We ask that you please be courteous to all guests. Pool rules are posted that we ask you to STRICTLY follow for your safety. PLEASE NO CLIMBING ON THE ROCKS. NO standing up or horseplay on the waterslide. The splash pad located by the infinity pool has a 30 minute timer located by the pad. NO DIVING. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the pool areas. Please pick up any trash, bottles, cans, swim toys, etc. when you leave the pool areas. Do not leave floats in the pools, as these block the filtration system and cause the pools to not be as clean and clear. Please put chaise lounges and chairs back in their original locations. Please fold down umbrellas after use. The bath towels we provide in the chalets are NOT for use at the pools—please bring your own swim towels. There are also pool houses with two restrooms for your convenience. We continually put a lot of effort into delivering a great pool experience to our guests, and we ask that you please help us continue that excellent experience. Thank you in advance for your care and cooperation.
Community Hot Tubs
Two hot tubs are located on the resort for community use. The Hot Springs hot tub is located next to the waterslide pool near the waterslide entrance. There is a cover on the hot tub that needs to be removed to access the tub. To remove the cover, when facing the hot tub, lift up and fold in half from left to right. After it is folded, slide the cover to the right and gently push until cover is cleared of the hot tub. The controls are located on the back of the hot tub. Please turn off tub, tub jets, and replace cover when finished. The infinity pool area has an in-ground hot tub with a thirty minute timer.
Trailer parking is located along the fence to the right when first entering the resort. Please no trailer parking in front of your Villa. Please leave the trailer at the trailer parking for the remainder of your stay. Larger trailers should park closer to the basketball court since there is more space further down the fence line.
Only 3 vehicles are allowed to park in front of your Villa. If you have more than 3 vehicles, please inform us in advance and we will direct you to the extra parking for your additional vehicles.
You can use the dock as much as you would like. Please take extra caution when accessing the ramp to the dock. The handrails do not begin until you reach the ramp that is attached to the dock. Do not drive boats or jet skis at high speeds within 100 feet of the dock! If this is violated and viewed by water patrol, we guarantee a ticket will be issued. Please only idle speeds within 50 feet of dock. Porch swings and picnic tables are located on the dock for your use. Feel free to fish or swim off the end of the dock. A swim ladder is located at each end of the swim dock. Please pick up any trash you might have and leave the dock clean for all guests to enjoy. The lights on the dock automatically turn on at dark. For your safety, NO DIVING, please!
There is a limited number of boat slips available. We cannot guarantee a boat slip/jet ski port rental unless it is rented prior to your arrival. We make every effort to inform our guests about their boat slip assignment before arrival. If you would like to rent a boat slip or jet ski port after your arrival, please call 417-708-5350 to check if any slips are available.
We have three Luxury 2016 Bennington 24 ft. Tri-Toon 150hp Pontoon boats which are available for rental to our guests only. A half day rental is from 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm and the cost is $299. A full day rental is from 10am-6pm for $499. A discounted price begins at a four day rental for $1795; five day rental for $1995 and six day rental for $2195. Boat rentals include the boat slips. We ask that during high winds, overnight and when they are not in use that you PLEASE put down the umbrellas so they will not break or fly away. We have had quite a few instances where tables have broken and umbrellas have been damaged. We do not want to take this out of your deposit, so PLEASE adhere to this policy. Please also put umbrellas down when using at the pool. The umbrellas also have an automatic tilt feature. If you keep cranking the umbrella open it will automatically tilt. Do not force the umbrella to tilt, this can only be done by turning the crank.
Canoes, Paddleboats, Paddleboards, Kayaks, Fishing Poles, and Bikes
These amenities are free of charge to our customers. We ask that you please be respectful of the canoes, kayaks, fishing poles, paddle boats, paddleboards and bicycles, and treat them as if they were your own. Continued respect for the treatment of these items by our guests allows us to continue providing them at no charge. THE COMBINATION TO THE LOCKS ON THE CANOES AND PADDLEBOATS IS 0005. Please lock them so they do not float away. The kayaks need to be strapped to the dock and oars secured so that they do not blow away. For your safety, we recommend the use of life jackets. Life jackets are located on the first railing to the right when entering the dock. Thank you for your understanding and have fun! We have also provided adult and children’s bikes for use. The bicycles are stored just east of the green water tower.
The Ice Machine
For the convenience of our guests, we provide two ice machines on property. One is located by the green water tower next to the pool with a waterslide and the other is located by the villa pool. Please keep a count of how many bags of ice you use during your stay. The honor system is used for ice bag usage accountability and we hope that this is a convenience we can continue to offer our guests. An email will be sent within a few days of departure regarding the quantity of bags of ice used. Please reply with your total count and we will deduct the amount from your deposit. The price per bag is only $1.50.
Fire Pits and Outdoor Fireplaces
The wood for the outdoor fireplaces is located between the Big Elk and the Timber Wolf chalets, and is cut into smaller pieces to accommodate the size of the fireplace. There are fire pits with log seating the common park area. Wood for each fire pit is located nearby and is free to our guests. Please build fires responsibly by keeping them under control and not too large. The appropriate fire should consist of 4-5 pieces of wood. The fire pits are a wonderful place to gather around for a marshmallow roast, cook hot dogs and share great stories. We hope you enjoy them!
Check-In and Check-Out Policies
Check-in time is at 5:00pm. We do not allow early check-ins under any circumstances. The cleaning staff requires the entire time allotted to clean the chalets, villas and cottages. Please check out promptly at 10:00am. There will be a $50 charge deducted from your deposit for every 30 minutes past the 10:00am check out time.
Upon Departure – In order to receive your deposit refund in full
Please gather all your trash into bags and place the bags in the large blue dumpsters next to the pool with the waterslide. Please remove sheets from beds which have been occupied and place them in the laundry room. Do not remove the mattress pads. Please put all towels in the laundry room. It would be helpful to the cleaning crew if you would start a load of towels or sheets to help with the cleaning schedule. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start cycle. Please turn off all lights, except down the stairway hall and the outdoor front porch light which cannot be turned off. Please set the thermostat to 73 degrees or leave on low
setting. Check all doors and lock them. Double check the home for personal belongings.
