Situated along 11 beautiful lakefront acres, every unit offers an incredible lake view! Just a short 35-40 minute drive to Branson or Eureka Springs, and also located right next to two well-known sites, Camp Kanakuk, and Dogwood Canyon.  You’re sure to find this the perfect family lake destination.

PLEASE NOTE: DURING PEAK SEASON reservations are 3, 4 or 7 nights. 3 or 4 nights must check-in or check-out on Saturday.  Week-long (7 night) stays must be from Saturday-Saturday. During September & October, week-long (7 night) stays must be from Friday-Friday.  Shorter stays can start any night of the week.  3 night minimum stay required on all weekends. This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 4 kids.

This 5 Bedroom/3 bath cottage is a cozy and comfortable lakefront retreat. Located right on Table Rock Lake, you can’t beat this location or the value! Right between both pools, very near the playground and the water’s edge.  You won’t run out of things to do at this cottage in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just a short drive away from a wide array of Branson entertainment.

Our cottages were the original units on the resort.  They are older, but updated since the purchase, allowing us to offer them at a “cost friendly” rate.  You will have a great vacation and enjoy all the incredible amenities at a price well under that of our luxury units. This is a split-level home with steps at the entrance.  Upstairs leads you to the dining room (seating for 6), living room, kitchen, and Queen Master bedroom.  The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you could need for making a great meal.  Outside the living room is a 12x24 deck with a 6 person patio dining set and a view of our cove.  The Master bedroom has an attached bath with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the four downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a full over queen custom made log bunk bed and full-size quality futon. Two of the bedrooms downstairs have patio doors that walk out to an 8x16 patio with a view of the cove.

What happens if something in my unit breaks during my stay or I need something?

We do have an on-site property manager available to attend to any issues or needs. You will find the contact information in the information book in your unit.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 5pm and check-out is at 10am. You may arrive at the resort between 2:30 – 3:00 and use the amenities or launch your boat and use your slip, but you will not have access to your unit until 5:00 pm.

What items are included in the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dish-ware (plates, bowls, cups/glasses), cookware (pots, pans, cookie sheet), utensils, knives, regular drip coffee pot, blender, hand mixer, griddle, crockpot, grill cleaning brush, kitchen towels, dish soap, dish scrubber and more.

We are a big group and need more than one crockpot, do you have extras?

Yes, we do have several extra crockpots. Please ask the property manager upon arrival for an additional crockpot.

Are linens provided?

Yes, we provided all linens for all beds and all bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels for the pool and lake.

What other items are provided?

We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and a roll of paper towels.

Does my unit have a private hot tub?

Only the Premium 6 Bedroom Luxury Chalets include a private hot tub.

What tolietries are provided?

We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a hairdryer and one roll of paper towels.

Who do I contact if I have any questions about anything once I am at the resort?

You will have contact information for the on-site property manager in the information book in your unit.  Please contact them with any questions about wi-fi, thermostats, supplies, etc.

Do you have a check-in office?

No, we do not have a physical office at the resort for check-in. You will receive an email 2-3 weeks prior to your stay requesting your guest list. After we receive your list, you will receive a welcome email with specific directions to your unit and door codes.

You can park up to three cars in front of your unit; any vehicles beyond the allotted amount of three will need to park in the extra parking toward the entrance of the resort.

Do you decorate the units for Christmas and does that include a Christmas tree?

Yes, at Christmas time all units are festively decorated which includes a Christmas tree in each unit.

Can I check-in on Christmas Day?

Sorry, there are no check-ins on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Can I check in on Thanksgiving Day?

What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept Discover, Visa or Mastercard.

How many guests may I bring?

This depends on the size of your unit. Please refer to your rental agreement, paying special attention to additional guest fees and the maximum number of guest allowed. Sorry, but this is strictly enforced to keep the resort from being over crowded.

Do we have to count children and babies in our guest count?

Yes, EVERY guest, regardless of age must be counted in your total guest count. The additional guest fee will be waived for up to 2 children under the age of 2.

Where is the closest grocery store?

There is a Harter House grocery store located in Kimberling City, 25-30 minutes away.  There is a Wal-mart Super Center in Berryville, AR, also about 30 minutes away.   Also, there is a new Dollar General in Lampe about 15 minutes away.

Do you sell bags of ice?

Yes, we do have bags of ice for sale if you should need extra ice during your stay and the cost is only $1.50 per bag. We use the honor system and will ask you how many were used via email after you leave.

Are there local restaurants nearby?

Lampe has a very limited selection of restaurants. We like and recommend Parmesan's, an Italian restaurant and pizzeria. Nearby Dogwood Canyon and Persimmon Berry Farm have restaurants and are open seasonally

What kind of coffee maker is in my unit?

We have regular drip coffee makers, that require regular filters, no cone shapes or filters with numbers, (filters not provided).  We do not have Keurigs.

Recommendations for Restaurants located on the lake?

There are several restaurants you can dock up at and eat on the lake. We recommend Pier 28, Watson's on the Water, SS Dockside Cafe, Flat Creek Restaurant, Big Cedar.

My friends want to come and spend the day with me at the resort, but they are not actually staying there, can they visit us at the resort or just have a meal with us?

Off-site guests are not allowed at the resort unless a guest fee is paid. This is to ensure the resort does not become overcrowded for our paying guests. The guest fee is $25 per person per night during summer peak season and $15 at all other times contingent upon prior payment and notification of their arrival. The number of outside guests allowed will depend on your unit and whether or not you are at your maximum number of guests.

Can I fish at the resort and do I need a fishing license on this lake?

Yes, you can fish off of our dock and a license is required to fish on Table Rock Lake. You can find information on the internet at https://mdc.mo.gov/.

Do you allow pets at your resort?

No, we do not allow pets.

How are you cleaning the units based on CDC recommendations for COVID-19?

We pride ourselves on maintaining clean and sanitary housing accommodations and are taking additional measures to ensure that health and safety remain at the forefront. All of our units will be disinfected upon guest departure. With that being said, below are some of the ways we are staying proactive:1. Universal Infection Control Precautions – We will continue to implement high-level infection control practices. We are disinfecting our units after every check out to give our guests the peace of mind during these uncertain times.Units and high traffic areas are treated with an EPA approved antimicrobial agent that instantly kills any microorganisms, especially resistant bacterial spores. It’s precisely engineered as a Bactericide, sanitizer, fungicide, mildewcide, deodorant, germicide, and viricide to kill fungus, viruses, mold, and mildew. It not only kills germs and disinfects but also eradicates pathogenic odors.2. Additional sanitizer stations – We have placed sanitizer stations throughout the resorts to help protect against any germs and help mitigate any potential risks.3. Additional cleaning procedures – We have recommended that all cleaners wear disposable gloves to protect our guests and themselves from any germs as they clean. As always, our cleaners have been paying special attention to cleaning: Sanitizing all kitchen surfaces/appliances, sanitizing all bathroom surfaces, sanitizing TV remotes, sanitizing door handles and more.

What is your cancellation policy?

A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation and refund of the 10% payment and will incur an $89 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made less than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the reservation amount. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payments made. For reservations that consist of more than one unit or is longer than a 7-night rental, a 120-day notice of cancellation is required prior to arrival date or a 20% cancellation fee of the rental rate will occur. For large groups, part of a group or family reunions that consist of more than 3 units, a 6-month notice is required or a 20% cancellation fee applies to all units reserved. For groups booking four or more units, 50% payment of rental total is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

We also recommend purchasing travel insurance separately by selecting “RENTAL GUARDIAN” insurance on our booking page or through this link: https://fariaresorts.rentalguardian.com/ if there is any concern that you will not make your reservation. Trip Insurance is only refundable 10 days after purchasing, otherwise it’s non-refundable even when making a claim.

Do you offer Trip Insurance?

We do offer trip insurance through Rental Guardian. Please learn more about their policies here: Play Travel Protection. If you would like to purchase a policy, please contact reservations or go to https://fariaresorts.rentalguardian.com/. Please note: Trip Insurance is non-refundable. Cancel for Any Reason Protection can only be purchased at the time of booking for 15 days after booking. Standard Protection can be purchased up to 30 days before check-in.

Yes, we do have specially designated parking at the entrance of the resort for trailers.
