Booking Policies & Additional Information:
Stay Requirements: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during Summer Peak and High-Peak seasons. A minimum 3-night stay is also required on weekends during Mid-Peak or Christmas, unless an exception is made. Thanksgiving week requires a 4 night stay. Two-night stays are allowed on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) during mid-September to mid-May. Additionally, two-night stays are permitted anytime in January, February, and April.
Additional Guest Fees: Additional fees apply only when the total number of guests exceeds the base rate, from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through September 20th, at a rate of $25 per day, per additional person. Please note that every guest—regardless of age—must be included in your total guest count. The additional guest fee is waived for infants under 2 years old. No guest fees are charged outside of this period.
No pets are allowed.
Multiple unit reservations may require additional guidelines when booking in the high peak season.
